4. Service Fees and Payments

  • หากลูกค้าไม่ปฏิบัติตามข้อกำหนดและเงื่อนไขการใช้บริการฉบับนี้ และ/หรือข้อกำหนดและเงื่อนไขของ Wix และ/หรือ โอเพ่นเพย์เมนต์ และ/หรือไม่ชำระค่าบริการแพลตฟอร์ม และ/หรือค่าใช้จ่ายต่างๆ ที่เกิดขึ้นจากการใช้บริการแพลตฟอร์ม-แพ็คเกจ พรีเมี่ยม (หากมี) และ/หรือค่าบริการที่เกี่ยวข้องกับบริการของบุคคลที่สามภายในระยะเวลาที่กำหนด โอเพ่น และ/หรือ Wix และ/หรือ โอเพ่นเพย์เม้นต์มีสิทธิที่จะระงับการให้บริการ/บัญชีผู้ใช้ และ/หรือยกเลิกการให้บริการ/บัญชีผู้ใช้ ไม่ว่าทั้งหมด และ/หรือบางส่วนได้

  • การยกเลิกการใช้บริการ และ/หรือ การสิ้นสุดสัญญาไม่ว่าด้วยเหตุผลใดก็ตาม จะไม่กระทบต่อสิทธิหรือภาระผูกพันของลูกค้าและโอเพ่นที่มีอยู่ก่อนหน้า ที่ที่การให้บริการสิ้นสุดลง

9. Indemnification and Limitation of Liability

  • In the event that the Customer installs or activates a third-party service. 11. Other

  • These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Thailand.
